Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the apps, software and websites provided by ProSoft Solutions LLC (“ProSoft”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing or using our apps or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute our software except as permitted by law.

2. Subscriptions & purchases

Some features are offered through optional paid subscriptions (for example, the “Go Unlimited” tier in Multiple GoPros Remote). Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies; we generally cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, audio and other content you create or capture with our apps (“Your Content”). Your Content remains yours. To the limited extent you use backup and sync, you grant us permission to store and transmit the specific data needed to provide that feature, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use our apps lawfully and responsibly. You will not use them to infringe others' rights, to record people without any consent required by law, or in any manner that violates applicable regulations. You are solely responsible for how you use the recording features and for complying with local laws.

5. Third-party hardware and services

Our apps interoperate with third-party hardware and services, including GoPro cameras and Apple services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoPro, Inc. Trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We are not responsible for third-party devices, firmware or services, and their availability or behavior may change.

6. Disclaimers

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recording, transfer or backup will always succeed. Always verify critical footage.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, footage, revenue or profits, arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using our apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the apps unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
