Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
ProSoft Solutions LLC (“ProSoft”, “we”, “us”) builds privacy-first apps for Apple platforms. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to our apps, including Multiple GoPros Remote.
1. What we do not do
- We do not upload your recorded video files to our servers. GoPro clips and iPhone video stay on your device.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not use your content (your photos, videos or audio) for advertising or to train models.
We do, however, use a few standard third-party tools for analytics, crash reporting and advertising attribution. These are described in Section 3 so you know exactly what is collected and by whom.
2. Information you provide
Sign in with Apple
If you choose to back up and sync, you can sign in with Apple. We receive a privacy-preserving identifier and, if you allow it, your name and a relay email address. We use this only to associate your backup with your account and to provide support. We never receive your Apple ID password.
Backup & sync content
When you enable backup, we store the minimum needed to rebuild your sessions on another device: session information (titles, structure and metadata), your microphone audio tracks, and your custom presets. Your video files are not part of this — GoPro clips re-download from your cameras and iPhone media re-links from your Photos library.
3. Analytics, crash reporting and advertising attribution
To keep our apps stable, understand how they're used, and measure our marketing, we use a small number of established third-party services. These may collect usage events, device and diagnostic information, and identifiers. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase Analytics — aggregated product-usage events (for example, that a recording session started or a paywall was shown) and associated device/usage data, so we can improve the app. See Firebase privacy and Google's privacy policy.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash and stability diagnostics so we can find and fix bugs.
- Adjust — mobile measurement and marketing attribution, so we can tell which advertising campaign led to an install and how our ads perform. When you allow tracking, this may include Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA); when you don't, attribution falls back to privacy-preserving methods such as Apple's SKAdNetwork. See Adjust's privacy policy.
- Adapty — manages our in-app subscriptions and related subscription analytics. See Adapty's privacy policy.
App Tracking Transparency & your choice
Before any tracking that uses Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA), we show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and ask your permission. If you decline — or you've turned off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” in iOS Settings — we do not access the IDFA, and our attribution relies only on privacy-preserving measurement. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can also limit usage diagnostics shared with developers under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
These tools are configured only in our distributed App Store builds. We never attach your recorded photos, videos or audio to any analytics or attribution event.
4. Device permissions
Our apps request permissions only to deliver features you use. For Multiple GoPros Remote:
- Bluetooth — to discover and control your GoPro cameras.
- Local Network / Wi-Fi — to connect to a camera's Wi-Fi and download the clips you recorded.
- Camera — to record video from your iPhone as an extra angle.
- Microphone — to record a separate audio track.
- Photo Library — to save and re-link your media.
These are processed on your device. You can change permissions any time in iOS Settings.
5. How we use information
- To provide core features such as backup, sync and restore.
- To understand how the app is used so we can improve it, and to diagnose and fix crashes.
- To measure and optimize our advertising and understand which campaigns bring new users.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
- To keep our apps secure, stable and functioning.
- To comply with legal obligations.
6. Data retention
Backup data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your synced data by deleting your account or contacting us, and we will remove it from our systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
8. International users
We operate from Georgia. If you use our apps from elsewhere, you understand your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws. We apply the protections described here regardless of where you are.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
